Since Dental insurances vary and are intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. We at Madison Avenue Dental Arts / Ari Dubov DDS do not use insurance coverage as a guideline for your dental care and the quality of care we provide. Many Dental Insurance plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses.
We can help review your dental insurance and file claims for you. It is important to bring your dental Insurance information so we can help you with your insurance claims and benefits. We always strive to ensure maximum benefits to our patients from their Dental Insurance Carriers.
Payment is expected at time of service, unless other prior arrangements have been made. If you have Dental insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion which is not covered by your insurance plan.
